The theme for Horizon, the fisherman's city on the water, in Final Fantasy VIII, composed by Nobuo Uematsu (植松 伸夫). Not the most famous in the Final Fantasy saga, but certainly, one of the most chilling ever made.
Mark Papeghin's remix polished this piece of music, making it one of my favorites.
