Cytoid is a noncommercial and player-driven game. We do not generate any profit, either directly or indirectly, and our operation relies entirely on user donations. As outlined in our terms of services, all game levels are created and uploaded by community members, and although we always ask them to obtain permissions from and provide attributions to relevant copyright holders, it may not be observed in some cases.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to respect our rights. If you believe that content residing on or accessible through Cytoid's services infringes your copyright, pursuant to Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their agent may submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent listed below.
