Well, in my opinion, this anime's plot is quite ordinary though, there are still some unexpected characteristics. For example, the transformations make me feel astonished, and the Alone (a kind of monster in this anime) is designed well.

As you can see, the name of characters in the anime has some etymology, such as Isshiki Akane (一色 あかね). “一” means "one" and “あか” means red in Japanese, which is also the symbol of this character.
