In the anime, there is an original character--Misaki, who is unfamiliar to everyone before but joined in the Hoshimori Class. She is a cool girl and doesn't share her sorrow with others. With time going by, Misaki gradually regard Miki as her best friend, and they defeated the enemy together eventually, which saved her elder sister.

Though the mobile game is dead, many people still remember the characters and unload artworks about them.

For me, there are so many characters in this anime that I cannot know who is the real main character sometimes. But it doesn't matter, since they have their own characteristics. By the way, Serizawa Renge is one of my favorite characters.
