Pictured as Perfect and Plus (reupload)

I lost the login credentials to this account and I am too lazy to recover them, hence why I have decided to reupload Pictured as Perfect and Plus for archival reasons.

A list of changes:

1. Since no one bothered to decode the difficulty name in the original due to poor telegraphing, it has been translated from the original obfuscated Morse code into plain English text.
2. Reduced size - storyboarding assets have been optimised greatly in size using Caesium Image Compressor.
3. Small changes to approach rate - now more friendly for fast mod users.

With thanks to m0n0valu3nce, TonyKrZa, and Koishukaze for their help with the technical stuff - I'm (still) not sure about the technical side to Cytoid, and it was these people who helped me navigate these difficult waters.
